CliniqBook — Medical Platform Redesign
The challenge: CliniqBook's patient portal had a 68% abandonment rate on the booking flow. Users were dropping off at the doctor selection step because the UI was overwhelming — 40+ doctors, no filtering, no photos, no ratings visible.
Our process: 12 user interviews revealed the core problem: patients couldn't tell doctors apart and defaulted to calling the clinic instead. We redesigned the selection flow with smart filtering, photo-first card design, availability previews, and a streamlined 3-step booking process.
Results: Abandonment dropped from 68% to 22% in the first month post-launch. Average booking completion time reduced from 4.2 minutes to 1.8 minutes.

Yes — and we're particular about it. We don't just mirror LTR designs. We start from Arabic user mental models, use appropriate Arabic typefaces, and design specifically for right-to-left reading patterns. Our Arabic designs feel native, not translated.
